Dream work is a part of my sessions or can be a stand alone workshop.

They can uncover internal conflicts, anxieties and obstacles and are also an exciting internal drama which speaks to us in a truly personal and uniquely creative way which can give the deepest insight and offer a deeper insight into our anxieties and struggles.

Each dream tells a story.  Each story is unique to the person who has the dream. Dreams are  symbolic because this is the most significant and profound representation of what is going

on in our psyche. Symbols have a primordial resonance with a  profound significance. Once we understand our dream there is a depth that words do not reach.  The symbol conquerors barriers, their affect

impacts mentally, physically and spiritually.

When we look at a dream we see places, objects, people events

situations, colours, feelings. Everything that is shown to us in the dream is representative of an

aspect of our personal and collective unconscious prompting us to take note of something within and can reflect an external event.

In order to understand the dream we have to understand who and what is in our dream and how they relate to the person having the dream. This is done through association, by asking the questions who is that

person who does he/she remind you of?  What are they like?  This is

aimed at bringing up memories of people who represent that person, places that the dreamer has encountered previously and the feelings and experience that is associated with that situation. Houses schools are similar why is the client choosing that house, what is significant, colour, tone, age etc.

Tension and anxiety of unresolved situations  can often reappear or repeat in the present.  This can also manifest itself through the body if not  reconciled. Our dreams have their own personal message once understood can enable insight and greater ease of self awareness and personal internal connection.
