My independent practice is in London and I have been in practice for over 20 years and also work with clients globally.

I have a business background and have run several successful businesses including creating, founding, developing and selling Jongleurs, the largest chain of comedy clubs.

Everyone needs help at some point in their lives and therapy offers a safe, reliable relationship while supporting a process of change or crisis.  But you don't need a crisis in order to have therapy.  This can also be helpful in challenging unhelpful patterns both in thought and behaviour. It offers a safe place for reflection. I am include both practical along with the emotional.

I also have clients who have been in a crisis of total breakdown of a marriage, a loss of work or business, deep depression and  impact of past trauma.  My extensive training has given me the capacity and ability to support and help heal many types of issues.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

I bring all my knowledge, training and experience to your sessions.  Our therapeutic relationship  can help you find your way.  Losing your focus, not sure which direction to take, difficulty making friends are all symptoms.   Anxiety, fear, work related issues, couples problems, uncertainty, fear of failure and suicidal ideation, stress, depression, pressure, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, bereavement, ADHD, low self esteem, self harm all these are symptoms of our inner unconscious overwhelming us.  

I listen to your story without judgment and reflect on your life to make sense of your unconscious and conscious clues.  Our dialogue explores patterns as they emerge and your road becomes clearer. Bringing the unconscious to consciousness helps navigate your next steps. We cannot do this alone. You learn what is right for you not just what you want. You feel more aligned.

COUPLE MEDIATION  - Couples often go through difficult times for various reasons.  I speak to

couples together and separately in order to mediate between them.  This means the heat is taken out of the situation and much of the 

underlying problems can be worked out.  Clients resolve their differences and reignite their relationship.

BUSINESS COACHING I have successfully coached clients in their work, in business and in start ups.  Leadership and management are often problems and I am here to help find your style listen to your intuition and make correct and successful decisions.

NON-EXEC - I have the added bonus of not only having grown my own company but also being able to add the psychological and mental health attributes to you and  your company.

 

DREAMWORK:  is a part of my sessions which really can uncover internal conflicts, anxieties and obstacles. It is also an exciting internal drama which speaks to us in a truly personal and uniquely creative way which can give the deepest insight.
