PRACTICING & CONSULTING PSYCHOTHERAPIST

My experience has shown that psychotherapy makes you feel better and by understanding your own psychology you can make changes to fit into your environment.

In therapy we talk, but the dialogue is adjusted to your needs.  It is powerful and I get to the heart of who you are.  It s in the relationship between client and therapist that changes are made.    I deal with anxiety, fear, work related issues, couples problems, uncertainty, fear of failure and suicidal ideation. There are times your inner doubt can lead you down the wrong path I am there to understand and help keep you focussed.

By recognising your 'self' you can identify the area of your problems.    You will feel understood, valued and accepted.

f you are not understood your communication can suffer, it can become a burden.   Your relationships can suffer as does interpersonal communication.   You are in a safe space where these feelings can be expressed and contained. The safely creates a strong mental approach. I am here to shine a light into your unconscious to help guide and support you, for you to understand your triggers and at time overwhelming feelings and defensive actions, which can appear as anger, avoidance, emptiness or over attachment

Finding your strength

I work with the client to find their areas of strength in order to deal with  tension, insecurity, depression and the all consuming nature of life.  I support and  guide each client depending on their individual needs.

Each life is unique and has its own struggles and complications during times of vulnerability.  I listen to your story without judgment.  I reflect on your life to make sense of your unconscious and conscious clues.  Our dialogue explores patterns as they emerge and become clearer. I offer support and techniques in a confidential and safe therapeutic space. You are free to express your fears and feelings without being judged.

Dreamwork is a part of my sessions which really can uncover internal conflicts, anxieties and obstacles. It is also an exciting internal drama which speaks to us in a truly personal and uniquely creative way. I work with stress, depression, pressure, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, bereavement, ADHD, low self esteem, self harm & suicidal thoughts.

I encourage your positive aspects whilst you deal with difficult issues.  Raising your strength can help face struggles. Those who have positive mental wellbeing are generally self-confident, feel and express a range of emotions, can build and maintain healthy relationships, can cope with day to day life stressors, and can adapt in times of change or uncertainty.
