If you've ever woken from a dream that stayed with you all day, or find yourself circling the same dream images again and again, that's often a sign something in you is trying to be heard.
Every night, your unconscious sends messages in image, symbol, and story rather than words. When something in life feels unspeakable, stuck, or just out of reach, dreams often carry it anyway. They can become a door into the parts of yourself that everyday language struggles to reach. I have worked with many clients who find their true feelings and thoughts inaccessible they only respond to the world around them without knowing why. By looking at your very creative dream work they can unveil your inner drives which can be negative and immensely positive.
In Jungian work, we take dreams seriously as communication from the parts of yourself that don't get airtime during the day: the part that's angry when you're being reasonable, frightened when you're being brave, resistant when you're trying to move forward. Self-sabotage often isn't self-destruction — it's an older, unheard part of you trying to protect something, in the only way it knows how. Dream work gives that part a way to be understood instead of just fought.
A dream isn't a puzzle with one correct answer. It's a personal communication from you, to you, shaped by your history, your relationships, your particular way of being in the world. No two people's dreams mean quite the same thing, which is why dream work is never generic.
You just need to bring what you remember, however fragmented, strange, or embarrassing it seems, and we'll take it seriously together.
I have had clients that were in serious painful and self harm impulses that have understood the meaning and value of their lives. Your life has to make sense and to find your essence. You have a divine spark. The answer is often within.

Women - I Am Here To Help
There's a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from working against yourself, wanting something and quietly undermining it, knowing what you need and somehow never arriving there. If that sounds familiar, you're not failing at willpower. Something in you is in conflict, and conflicts like these rarely announce themselves in plain language. They surface instead as dreams: the argument you keep having in your sleep, the house with rooms you can't find, the same person or shape showing up again and again.
This isn't a flaw to fix. It's information, and it's already speaking to you every night, whether you're listening or not.
In Jungian work, we take dreams seriously as communication from the parts of yourself that don't get airtime during the day: the part that's angry when you're being reasonable, frightened when you're being brave, resistant when you're trying to move forward. Self-sabotage often isn't self-destruction, it's an older, unheard part of you trying to protect something, in the only way it knows how. Dream work gives that part a way to be understood instead of just fought.
You don't need to interpret your dreams correctly. You don't need to arrive with answers. You just need to bring what you remember — however fragmented, strange, or embarrassing it seems — and we'll take it seriously together.
